You can request an appointment for pregnancy or STI testing, online. When confirmed, you will meet with a Clinic Staff member, who will help determine your eligibility for PIC services and resources.

Scheduling Details
- Please note that a Registered Nurse must determine eligibility for ultrasound services. Ultrasounds will be offered after your consult appointment, if the appropriate conditions are met and an appointment slot is available.
- We are unable to offer ultrasounds if you are already under the care of an OB-GYN doctor.
- In the comments section of the appointment form, please indicate which services and resources you need. You must call the office for Ultrasound only appointments.
